With more than 15 years of specializing in new residential construction, Patrick utilizes his in-depth knowledge of new home builds to make sure his clients’ homes are built properly, with quality materials and craftsmanship that exceed expectations. As a licensed residential and commercial General Contractor, he understands the requirements of each phase of building and oversees all work on the job site to ensure everything is completed as it should be, within all safety and compliance guidelines. When he’s away from the job site, Patrick works with children as a Master Black Belt in his Tae Kwon Do studio based in Monroe, NC, and volunteers with Operation Save. Patrick, his wife, and four children and a first grandchild, aspire to fulfill God’s desire for their lives and make a positive impact on those they are blessed to work with.
Sandy Fine Helms, Office Manager
With 40 years of experience in sales and service, Sandy takes pride in working with Cornerstone as the office manager and record-keeper. Sandy communicates with clients from start to finish, making sure to answer questions and address any needs homeowners have. With her eye for design and certification in Interior Redesign and Staging, Sandy can make the inside of your new house feel perfectly like home. Outside of work Sandy enjoys spending time with her husband, grown children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
